Eighteen society members travelled from Perth to Singapore for a week of gardens and shared experiences, with the itinerary organised by Andrew Poole.
A garden-filled itinerary
The report describes visits to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and National Orchid Garden, the Evolution Garden, Singapore Zoo, Gardens by the Bay and the new bird park.
Room to explore
Free days gave members time to explore individually or in small groups. An evening at Gardens by the Bay and a visit to Changi Airport’s Jewel added to the memories.
The trip captures the spirit of the society: a shared love of plants and the friendships that grow around it. A credited photo gallery can be added when publication-ready images are available.
